Description
This two day workshop is geared to thinking about and making abstract paintings. Learn the difference between: Perceptual and Conceptual. What does Non-Objective mean? What is the Intuitive Process – Instinctive, Automatic Writing?
How to begin? Have pleasure with mark making, shape making and a limited palette. What is MEANING?
Billie Bourgeois
Billie has a B.A. in Education and a M.F.A. in Painting and Drawing. She is a Certified Master Teacher for Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain and has studied with many nationally recognized artists. Billie presently teaches private studio classes and regional workshops in Drawing, Painting, and Mixed Media and has been on the faculty of Abbey Art Works at St. Joseph Abbey in Covington, LA.
